Domestic stock markets opened with heavy losses on Friday (November 13). Markets, which had been gaining for eight days in a row, ended in losses yesterday. The second day also started with losses. The Sensex was at 257.28 at 9.16 am.


The Nifty lost 69.40 points (0.55%) to open at 12,621.40 points, losing points (0.59%) at 43,099.91.

Markets that lost 200 points at one point then turned into small gains. At 10.42 am, the Sensex was up 25 points and the Nifty was up 10 points.

565 shares started with gains, 479 shares with losses while 63 shares remained unchanged. Banking and metal stocks are under pressure. IT stocks also continue to be at a loss.

At 10.30 am, Eicher Motors gained 4.98 percent, Bajaj Finserv 2.93 percent, Reliance 2.59 percent, Bajaj Finance 2.36 percent and Hero MotoCorp 1.35 percent.
